All Labor and Materials used in the performance of the contract are hereby guaranteed against defects.

We have stabilized the differential settlement of the foundation covered by the attached contractual agreement for the life of the foundation.

We Guarantee the foundation will not move over 1 inch in a 30 foot span.

The Lifetime warranty is on the area that the work was performed only.
